Goods Returned for Credit

MJ’s New Zealand Limited is not obliged to give a refund should you change your mind, and or do not like the goods. Please choose carefully as a refund to you for any of these reasons is at our discretion.
Unless agreed in writing and by the issuance of a Goods Return Authority (GRA) from MJ’s New Zealand Limited no goods will be accepted for credit after dispatch.
If MJ’s New Zealand Limited agrees to accept the good for credit, then we will credit the Customer the invoice value less a restocking fee and freight charges. MJ’s New Zealand Limited will notify the Customer of restocking fees when issuing a Goods Return Authority(GRA).
In the event that the Customer cancels the order after the order has been dispatched by MJ’s New Zealand Limited, the Customer will be charged a restocking fee and freight charges. Regardless of whether or not the order has been delivered to the Customer.

Return Product Condition

MJ’s New Zealand Limited will only accept product returns which are unopened and all sealed packaging is in perfect condition.
All products will be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacture.
The Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.

Re-Stocking Fee

All good returned for credit will incur a restocking fee. Restocking fee of $30 or 10% of the goods sales value, whichever is greater will be imposed.
The purpose of the restocking fee is to cover any administration costs incurred in the processing of the returned good.

Good Return Authorization (GRA) Number

All returned (credit or defective) goods must be accompanied by a GRA number issued by MJ’s New Zealand Limited.

GRA's are valid for a maximum of 7 working days from date of issue. Goods must be returned within this 7-day period.

Faulty Returned Products

If the goods are faulty MJ’s New Zealand Limited will meet their obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act. The customer must contact MJ’s New Zealand Limited to receive a Good Return Authority for the defective goods.
MJ’s New Zealand Limited Contact and address details are provided through the link at the bottom of each page. Defective items should be returned directly to MJ’s New Zealand Limited.
All retuned items must be returned to MJ’s New Zealand Limited as per Goods Return Authorization terms. Upon arrival goods that are returned as damaged/faulty under warranty claims will be photographed and documented then checked by MJ’s New Zealand Limited and will be returned to customer if no fault is found.
For goods that are found to be faulty, MJ’s New Zealand Limited reserve the right to refund the invoice amount, replace, exchange or repair the item.

Warranty Service, Repairs and Replacement

To the extent that this clause is not in conflict with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, MJ’s New Zealand Limited do not undertake that repair facilities and parts will be available for the goods.
All new products come with a Manufactures warranty.
MJ’s New Zealand Limited may ask the manufacture to repair or replace any defective goods. Proof of purchase may be required by the customer when making a warranty claim. Your warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993.
If you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you agree that the terms of the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply. All warranties and conditions implied under other statues (including the Sales of Goods Act (1908)) are expressly excluded from your warranty.
